Adjustability provides Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services, including mobile and home-based services, primarily for NDIS participants. Services are delivered in accordance with applicable Australian laws and NDIS guidelines.

When submitting a referral or booking request:

  • Appointment availability is subject to therapist availability and location
  • Submission of a referral does not guarantee immediate service commencement

We reserve the right to decline or defer referrals where appropriate.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to service commencement
  • NDIS-funded services are billed in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide
  • Private or non-NDIS services may require payment as agreed
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, where applicable

Specific billing terms will be provided during onboarding.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

  • We request reasonable notice (usually at least 24 hours)
  • Late cancellations may be charged in line with NDIS or service agreements

Details will be provided at the time of booking.

7. Privacy & Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
  • Information collected is used only for service delivery, communication, and compliance
  • We do not sell or misuse your personal data
